It was soooooooo nice to be out in the fresh air and sunshine with the girls, Brad and Mom! We had a lovely relaxing time with Pete, Cath, Ellen, Alexander and Timothy and I just know it was great for Cath and I to have some chill time....although there was a lot of feeding going on :)

Granny's turn to drive the limo

Dad's in major training :)

Brad having a rest after his early Saturday ride and a marathon juicing session...with a sleeping baby Jessica...who I think throws a frothy whilst Mom's in the shower just so she can sneak some shuteye on Daddy's chest :)

I have to tell you all how amazing Brad is....he has taken over all the juicing and smoothie making in our household and keeps me super duper healthy with the yummiest yummy mummy juices and smoothies!!! How lucky can a girl get?
And on top of that he knows how to use ALL the appliances in the kitchen including the washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, etc etc. I think I'll be giving up my "office" for a while yet... but get in there now and again to make the odd supper and the odd cup of tea ;) but don't feel guilty at all. I have two little princess's that keep me plenty busy!

Granny Judy

Granny is doing a fab job looking after me whilst Mommy attends to my screaming sister!

psssst....we sometimes play silly buggers with them both...and here is a pic of Granny after a particularly busy day looking pretty tired. Mom didn't look any better and we kept her busy that night too ;) Daddy wasn't amused as he had to fly to PE at 6am the next day!

our first stroll in our stretch limo

ready to face the cold wind

Taxi driver... :))))

Mom also gets a turn to drive whilst Granny looks on.

Afternoon nap time with Daddy

The angels when they are finally sleeping :))))

And no they don't go to sleep straight away anymore....they spend faaar more than their allotted hour awake....niggling and crying and generally having a frothy! (yes Alan it's true!....despite the angelic performance you got last weekend)

Mirror image..well sort of ;)

Hello you....nice to meet you now that I can actually focus on you!

(taken 1st Oct)

Grandad Don came to watch the F1 with us

Daddy and one of his girls

When the poo hits the fan and nothing else will get them down, we put them in bed with us so we can ALL get some sleep....and boy do they love been snuggled up to Mom and Dad...specially on Dad's chest ;))))

1 month and busy busy busy moo cow

OK OK so I'm in trouble cause I haven't updated the blog recently :)

The girls were 1 month on Friday...can you beeeeelieve it?????? Jeepers how time is just whizzing past again....and yet at 3am in the morning when I'm doing a feed the minutes seem to tick by soooo sloooowly ;) Yip that's about pretty much what I do...just watch time pass.

We have good nights and bad days, and can last the daylight hours without losing the plot....but if we have bad nights and bad days, boy does that take the wind out one's sails one time ;) Then I'm a wreck and we have soup and toast for supper! Of course Brad is a great help and gets up in the night to pacify them when I'm not the slightest bit aware - I'm comatose most nights in between feeds - and he has to wake me up to feed them. God Bless Daddy! And other nights he's not even aware of the screaming baby monitor and me climbing in and out of bed a million (yes it really feels like a million) times, so tired is he!

There are a couple of photo's to upload, so I'll sign off by saying again to all of you thanks so much for the love and support we're getting...it is so dearly appreciated!

Lots of love to you all
Linda xxxx

Looking back

The night before the Caesararean......check out that boep !
